スクリーンショット。

1. ⌘ command + shift + 3
   画面全体を取り込む
2. ⌘ command + shift + 4
   範囲を選択して取り込む
3. ⌘ command + shift + 4 のあとに space
   カメラのマークが出て、一つのウィンドウを選んで取り込む

同時にcontrolを押しておくとクリップボードに取り込む。
